We’re hiring entry-level applicants for the role of Amazon Digital Publishing Technician — a fully remote position built for individuals with no prior publishing experience. This role is designed to help you create nonfiction eBooks using AI tools and publish them through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) platform.
You won’t be writing content manually or working for clients. Instead, you’ll follow a repeatable publishing process that turns simple topic ideas into passive income-generating digital assets. Every book you publish becomes your property — a product that earns ongoing royalties long after launch.
Role Responsibilities
This role is based on a 5-phase system. Training, templates, and tools are provided at every step.
Start each project by selecting a book topic with proven demand using keyword databases and Amazon bestseller trends.
You’ll learn to:
Analyze Amazon Best Seller Rank (BSR)
Research high-demand, low-competition nonfiction niches
Choose evergreen topics like:
Daily productivity
Money management
Mindfulness and reflection
Journaling prompts
Career advice for beginners
Topic validation tools are provided — no guesswork.
Instead of writing your book manually, you’ll use prompt-driven AI tools like ChatGPT to generate content quickly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Using AI prompts to create chapters and subtopics
Editing and structuring the AI-generated text
Enhancing readability, clarity, and flow
Adding optional features like bullet points, summaries, or journal pages
You’ll organize the material — AI does the heavy lifting.
Next, you’ll use Kindle-optimized templates to format your manuscript. No design or coding knowledge required.
Tasks include:
Applying heading styles and consistent formatting
Inserting a clickable Table of Contents
Adding front matter (disclaimer, copyright, author bio)
Using preview tools to check formatting quality
Templates are compatible with Google Docs and Microsoft Word.
Once formatted, you’ll create a professional product page on Amazon using provided listing frameworks.
Tasks include:
Crafting a keyword-optimized title and subtitle
Writing a benefits-focused product description
Assigning backend keywords and choosing categories
Uploading the manuscript and cover design
Setting your pricing and royalty rate
Every element has a step-by-step guide for easy execution.
After launch, you’ll monitor your sales and repeat the system to grow your royalty income.
You’ll be trained to:
Track daily earnings and Kindle Unlimited read metrics
Use spreadsheets to monitor income over time
Gather reviews and performance data
Publish new books to build your digital library
