Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of AV (Audio Visual Industry) projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure project success
• Develop detailed project plans and oversee their execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans
• Manage project procurement and resource allocation
• Prepare and present project status reports
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an AV Project Manager
• Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment and systems
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Sttrong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP certification is a plus
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
