We are currently hiring Customer Service Associates who are motivated, outgoing, and eager to build a long-term career. This is an entry-level role with paid training and clear opportunities for advancement into leadership and management positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service and support to customers during marketing campaigns and promotional events
Represent client brands professionally at retail promotions, community events, and live marketing activations
Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of on-site events and promotional displays
Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide product or service information
Work as part of a collaborative team to achieve campaign goals and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
No experience required – paid training is provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be reliable and comfortable interacting with people in a public setting
