Key Responsibilities

As a Brand Ambassador, you will:

• Represent leading national brands at local events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns

• Create positive customer experiences through one-on-one engagement

• Increase brand awareness and customer interest through direct outreach

• Provide accurate information about products or services

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics

• Collect customer feedback and report interactions to the marketing team

• Support team objectives and achieve individual performance targets

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Excellent communicators with strong people skills

• Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable speaking with the public

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and in a team setting

• Willing to travel locally to event sites

• Able to maintain a flexible schedule

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or promotions is a plus—but not required
