You will lead the planning and execution of process development activities across multiple projects, establish strong cross-functional partnerships with R&D, Global Operations, and external collaborators, and align process strategies with broader business objectives. With a focus on innovation, long-term roadmap development, and technical excellence, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of manufacturing capabilities, improving processes, accelerating product development timelines, and delivering sustainable value for the organization. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. + Lead a team of 10-12 process engineers, including senior and principal engineers, by providing mentorship, fostering professional growth, and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals. + Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of process development activities to support new product introduction, ensuring technical rigor and alignment with organizational standards on multiple projects + Establish and maintain excellent partnerships with internal & external interfaces such as corporate GOSC OI group, GOSC Engineering leaders, R&D Tech Leads, R&D Managers, CTLs, CTORS, various Mfg. Site engineering leaders + Partner with senior leaders in R&D to align process development efforts with strategic objectives, ensuring successful integration of OU & GOSC efforts with broader business initiatives + Develop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive process and technology roadmap to guide long-term innovation and operational efficiency.
