Job Description

We're working with a manufacturing client to identify a detail-driven and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing initiatives. This role is essential in fostering collaboration across engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both operational goals and customer requirements.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing projects from initiation through completion
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines
• Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams
• Allocate and track project resources effectively
• Monitor and manage project budgets
• Lead efforts in quality assurance and ensure compliance with project standards
• Support and guide team members throughout the project lifecycle
• Track progress and provide regular updates on project status
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, presenting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions
• Implement changes as needed to ensure the successful delivery of project goals
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement

What We Need From You:

• 1–5 years of experience in program or project management within the automotive manufacturing industry
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and drive projects to meet key deadlines and milestones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in customer-facing roles, including working with high-expectation clients.

All-Star Skillset:

• Experience with precision metal components
• Familiarity with fine blanking, CNC machining, heat treat, and tooling.
• PMP
• Lean Six Sigma
• Fluent in Spanish
